"Took a long time to get here"
My experience was mostly just waiting. The item eventually arrived, but the delivery took way longer than I expected, so it was frustrating overall.

"They look super natural"
I was a little worried they’d look fake, but they blend in really nicely. The color is soft, not too bright or anything. I wore them for pretty much the whole day, maybe around 8 hours, and got a couple compliments. Really happy with how they turned out

The glasses themselves were fine, but they just didn’t sit right on my face. One side felt a little tighter, and after wearing them around the house for like 20 minutes while making coffee, I knew I had to send them back.

The return process was more annoying than I expected. I had to email back and forth a few times just to figure out the next step, and the refund took longer than I thought it would. They did answer eventually, so I’ll give them that, but it felt clunky and slower than it needed to be. I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

"Pretty safe feeling, but shipping took a while"
I got the blue lenses and was a little unsure at first because, you know, eye stuff can be kind of worrying. They showed up sealed and had clear instructions for taking care of them, which made me feel better. I wore them for a few hours and they felt fine, maybe a tiny bit noticeable but nothing major. Took off a star because the delivery was definitely slower than I expected.

"Prescription just doesn’t feel quite right"
I ordered a pair from luxelenses.com the frames themselves look fine. They’re not the issue, at least from what I can tell.
The problem is the prescription feels a little off. One eye is kind of blurry, and after wearing them for a while my eyes feel tired. My older glasses from another shop still seem clearer, so I don’t think it’s just me, but maybe someone else has had this happen too?
Customer service did reply, which I appreciate, but the whole fix process feels slower than I expected. It’s not the worst experience ever, just disappointing because I really needed these for everyday use and was hoping they’d work right away

"Looked nice when they first arrived..."
Looked nice when they first arrived, but the quality just didn’t feel that great. One pair was flimsy and ended up with small scratches way faster than expected, even though I was careful with them. Fine for using here and there, but expected better for the price. Shipping was okay, just disappointed with the lenses themselves.

"Frustrating to use on my phone"
I tried shopping on luxelenses.com from my phone, and it got irritating fast. The pages were slow to load, and a few of the buttons were so small that I kept missing them or tapping the wrong thing.

The worst part was the filters. Every time I went back, they seemed to reset, so I had to explain to myself all over again what I was even looking for and redo the same choices. After the second or third time, I was just annoyed.

Checkout didn’t help either because I wasn’t really sure what step I was on. Maybe it’s smoother on a desktop, but on my phone it felt clunky enough that I just gave up before placing an order

I ordered glasses with my actual prescription and somehow received lenses that don’t match it at all. I even went back and checked my order email like, “Maybe I’m the confused one?” Nope, the order was correct on my end. So now I’m stuck with the wrong lenses, aka the Useless Vision Upgrade, and I have to deal with returns. Super annoying.

"Grey ended up looking more blue on me"
The lenses arrived fine and shipping was normal, nothing exciting. I ordered the grey ones because I wanted that soft smoky look, but once I put them in, they looked way more blue on my eyes. I even checked them in my bathroom mirror and then by the kitchen window while making coffee, and they still didn’t look like the photos. They’re not bad or anything, I’ll probably still wear them, but I was a little disappointed because I really wanted that exact grey shade.

“Legit with fast shipping got the order in 2 days I expected it would taken at least a week. Lenses are comfortable came in sealed vials and a box that had the Solotica brand seal and codes which definitely is authentic.”

Are there other similar companies to Luxe Lenses that are less expensive or better?

“I googled and found many other companies but I read on a forum that many websites sell fake lenses and i wouldn't trust to put a fake in my eyes so I chose luxelenses because I saw Kylie Jenner wears their lenses.”
